Hi! Brooke & Bridget here, the sisters behind B & B Handmade Products. We make handmade glycerin soap, handmade goats milk soap, handmade shea butter soap and other handmade bath products. We have recently expanded our offerings to include body lotion and hand cream.

We started making our own handmade soaps after Brooke went on vacation and purchased a few bars of glycerin soap. She found that her skin was smoother and felt more moisturized than it did when she was using liquid body wash or other bar soaps. Seeing such a difference in her skin, Brooke wanted to continue using handmade soap, which is more skin-nourishing than other detergent bars found in discount or grocery stores. She was so interested in learning more about handmade soap, Brooke started making her own handmade soap. After sampling the soap Brooke made, friends and family urged her to sell her soap to the public. She asked her sister Bridget to be her business partner and sell their handmade soap.

Now, it's a family endeavor. Our soap shop is located at our parents home, where we create our soaps, lotions, butters, and hand creams. Our parents and husbands help with dishes, making soap tags, packaging soap, bottling lotions and building display cases. Not to mention giving up their weekends to help out at area craft shows! Even Bridget's 4-year-old daughter, Alexis, has a very important job -- drying dishes!
